Loews Coronado Bay Resort sits on a 15-acre peninsula, surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the San Diego skyline. This private oasis is the place to be for endless activities including sailboat excursions, water sports, beach fun, and spa treatments. With three heated pools and cabanas, it’s the perfect property for NFDA’s Flotilla!

Attendees are eligible for a special room rate of $259 per night (plus tax). If available, upgraded rooms can be reserved starting at $289 per night.

Reserve your room by Tuesday, September 24 at 5:00 PM (Pacific) to get our group rate, but be aware that rooms can sell out prior to this deadline.

NFDA has a contracted room block at this hotel that we must fulfill, or we pay penalties. Please consider reserving your rooms here and not at other local properties. Thank you!

WARNING: Contracted guestroom blocks for meetings have become victims to hotel poachers. The company is called Exhibition Hotel Management and they sometimes have been able to contact members attending the meeting. This results in guestrooms not being booked inside our block. The poachers have sent copies of a form requesting a credit card. It all looks very legitimate.

You should book your rooms directly with the hotel, using the information provided above.

Daily Resort Fee
The reduced nightly resort fee is $19.50 (plus tax) and includes:

Parking
Daily valet parking has been reduced to $40 for our group, and self-parking in the adjacent structure is $20.

Travel
Loews Coronado Bay Resort is in the middle of Coronado Island, approximately 14 miles from San Diego International Airport (SAN). 4000 Coronado Bay Road, Coronado, CA  92118.

Avis Rental Car
The resort offers the partner agency AVIS in the main lobby which allows you to reserve, pick up, or drop off a car at any time. Inquire at the Concierge Desk for details.

Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 12:00 PM.
